Ehvert has extensive knowledge and experience with construction lien legislation and acts as a prime consultant on projects. We have extensive experience with obtaining performance bonds, labour and material payment bonds, researching WHMIS requirements, health and safety practices, and building permit applications, and municipal, provincial and federal building codes. We can effectively transfer this knowledge to parallel a general contractor and act in the owner’s best interests.
