Digital Construction Management

Ehvert uses a highly digitized and vertically integrated process to deliver design, engineering, construction management and facility operations services for technically complex facilities.

Ehvert uses a highly digitized and vertically integrated process to deliver design, engineering, construction management and facility operations services for technically complex facilities.

Using the latest technology and digital construction processes, we can drastically increase build quality, lower costs, and minimize claims, which ultimately results in greater profits for the owner. Our process is also beneficial in minimizing additional contractor fees, as we are involved in every stage of the construction process. This helps ensure coordination between fabricators, manufacturers, materials suppliers, and trades.

Our digital construction management allows us to create a digital twin of the construction and run various construction simulations or ‘dress rehearsals’ prior to construction so that construction issues are virtually eliminated.

Benefits to the client:

  • 30-50% time savings
  • Construction simulation
  • Increased use of technology on the construction site
  • Quantity based procurement
  • Cost and schedule control reports
  • Quality management reports
  • Increased safety through use of technology

Using our extensive experience as engineer-constructors, Ehvert can provide our clients with effective project and construction management services which improve the build quality, lower cost, and minimize claims, which ultimately result in greater profits for the owner. Leveraging the experience of our in-house engineering and technical teams, our construction project managers can effectively manage your project from the conception stage through to commissioning and hand-over.
As the construction project manager, Ehvert becomes involved in the project at an early stage, ensuring correct coordination between trades, complete drawings and specifications for a successful project to minimize contractor extras. We identify challenges and develop mitigation strategies to ensure they’re overcome in direct and transparent ways. We do this by applying our years of experience on estimating, scheduling and construction means and methods.

Our approach to effective construction management is simple. We specify the project objectives, clearly delineate the scope of various disciplines, define an accurate budget and schedule and set the performance requirements of each participant. We maximize the efficiency of project resources by procuring the labor, materials and equipment on behalf of the owner. We have various budget and schedule control methods we use throughout this process but we believe communication is the most important factor. Ehvert employs a team of proactive problem solvers who are straightforward and open. We believe the project team must be able to act quickly to overcome obstacles and maintain budget and schedule.
